The Jevon Kearse Foundation is an organization that promotes positive support by giving outreach to local youths. We know the importance of implementing:
Drug Prevention Programs
Teen Pregnancy Prevention
Tutoring and Education Programs
Job Training and Placement
College Preparedness Training
Sports Programs for Youths
It is important to our organization to prepare the youth for the future.
How We Started
The Jevon Kearse Foundation was created in 1999 and is committed to providing resources to children and young adults in the community. It is intended to connect with what can ensure that they can develop fully into competent and confident individuals. Having a solid sense of character and connection to their families, peers, and communities.
Our Programs
Jevon Kearse has donated to many non-profit organizations. His contributions include the following:
Providing recreational supplies to the:
Boys and Girls Club of Lee County
The City of Fort Myers Stars Complex
The Police Athletic League of Fort Myers
Helping the local chapter of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity and local churches.
Provide scholarships to local teens.
Free football camps.
Implemented and provided funding for the summer job training program.
Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway and Christmas Toy Drive.
(Thousands of people received Thanksgiving meals and over a hundred local children and teens received Christmas gifts during the Holiday season.)
Our Mission
Our foundation’s mission is to give the youths in our community a place to learn. Somewhere with more opportunities to grow and succeed in the achievement of their goals. This program will be open to all children and young adults, including at-risk, or unprivileged participants.
